This little corner is here to give you moments of relaxation and wellbeing during your holiday in Milano Marittima. The Rouge International Resort has two swimming pools.
For keen swimmers, there is a large outdoor lap pool with a waterfall outside the Resort.
If pool activities appeal to you, don’t miss the enjoyable, invigorating aqua aerobics and aerobics classes run by ISEF instructors.
Spa & Wellness Centre
The Resort has a wellness centre with a spacious panoramic Finnish sauna overlooking the pool, which you can access directly.
The sauna, of about 25 m², can hold up to 10 people. The temperature ranges between 70° and 80°; this ancient treatment offers great benefits for both body and mind.
In the wellness centre you can book massages for him and for her.

At the Rouge International Resort, you can treat yourself to personalised massage treatments for him and for her, by reservation.
