Residenza Superior
with Garden

A private garden all to yourselves and room to share your holiday with the people you love: the Residenza Superior con Giardino is on the ground floor, behind the Rouge Maison, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Generous space and refined furnishings are designed for those who don't want to give up anything. The bright living room, with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, is the heart of the home.

The sleeping area has 2 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is spacious and has a shower. Outside, a large private garden with a porch awaits you, perfect for breakfasts outdoors and relaxing afternoons. The indoor laundry room completes the comfort and, for weekly stays, a reserved parking space is included.

Are you a large group? On request, and subject to availability, thanks to a private internal connection the residence can be joined to the Residenza Deluxe with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. This creates a two-level residence with more living areas, complete privacy and a direct passage between the floors, without ever leaving home.
